Jim Walter Memorial Golf Outing - May 9
Boosters Host Annual Event @ Blue Ash Golf Course

On May 9, the Sycamore Athletic Boosters will host their annual Jim Walter Memorial Golf Outing at Blue Ash Golf Course, 4040 Cooper Road.  The event is a major fundraiser and supports athletics in Sycamore Community Schools.

Open to the public, tickets to the golf outing are $150 and include one 18-hole round of golf, golf cart, snacks, beverages, lunch and a dinner at the Cooper Creek Event Center.  Tee times are available at 7:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.

The ladies-only event is back by popular demand this year, and tees off at 9:30 am. For $50, women can play nine holes and enjoy specialty drinks, lunch and a great amenity package.

Individuals who want to support Sycamore athletics but don't wish to golf can attend the dinner at Cooper Creek for $50.   There will also be a grand raffle for a week-long vacation rental in Hilton Head.

The event will honor Tom Bemmes, long-time Sycamore math teacher and coach (wrestling, football and golf), and avid supporter of Sycamore athletics and programs. Tom is also known for running the Junior High Sandwich Project which donates 250 sandwiches every week to the hungry of Cincinnati, and of course for his terrific magic shows! Tom will be retiring at the end of this school year, so join us to wish him well in his future endeavors.
