Our 2016 Distinguished Alumnus of the Year:
Beloved by the Sycamore Family through multiple generations, Steve Imhoff was a graduate of the Sycamore High School Class of 1970. He was a standout student-athlete, having his baseball jersey retired, being a member of the 3,000 point club, leading the National Honor Society and graduating 2nd in his class. Following college, returned to SHS to teach and coach. He served us for over 30 years as a mentor and colleague. Following retirement, Steve founded SAFA and initiated our headline event, the "Athletic Hall of Fame" Dinner. He is a tireless volunteer for his community and the Sycamore family, and even takes time out of his day to throw batting practice to high school baseball teams. For all the countless ways he has been a servant to Sycamore, our organization unanimously and enthusiastically wishes to honor him this year.
We will be honoring Steve Imhoff at a reception at the Original Montgomery Inn on Sunday, May 22nd
4pm - 6pm
All are welcome!!!
